These terms cover pre-orders of the Wristly smart patch placed on wristly.me. The seller is PDF Solutions OÜ, registry code 16675013, VAT no. EE102586202, Uus tn 2-6, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia ("Wristly", "we"). They sit alongside your legal rights as a consumer, which they never reduce.
What you are buying
One Wristly smart patch with a wireless charging dock and three double-sided adhesive pads, reserved before it is in production. Wristly is a product in development: the features described on this site are planned, and they are confirmed on production samples before anything ships. If the product we ship differs in a way that matters to you from what we described, you can cancel for a full refund.
Price and payment
The pre-order price is $99 (planned retail $129), charged in full at checkout. The price includes VAT where it applies: for customers in the EU, Estonian VAT is included and shown at checkout; orders shipped outside the EU carry no EU VAT. Shipping is free to the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Shipping, taxes and duties
Wristly ships from the EU. Orders delivered inside the EU: nothing more to pay. Orders delivered outside the EU (for example the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the US or Canada): local import VAT, duties or a carrier handling fee may be charged by the carrier before delivery, as your country's rules provide. These are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility. We will say more precisely what to expect per country before the first units ship, and you can cancel for a full refund before shipping if the estimate does not suit you.
When it ships
First shipments are estimated for December 2026. This is an estimate, not a promise: it is confirmed once production samples pass our tests. We email every pre-order customer with progress and before anything ships.
Refunds
- Within 30 days of ordering: email hello@wristly.me with your order number and we refund you in full, no questions asked.
- If we miss our estimate: if your patch has not shipped by 31 December 2026, you can ask for a full refund at any time until it ships.
- If we cancel: if the product is cancelled for any reason, every pre-order is refunded in full automatically.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days of our confirmation.
After delivery
If you are in the EU, the UK or another country with a statutory right of withdrawal, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it, as the law in your country provides. Statutory guarantees on faulty goods apply in full.
