User guide

Wristly, step by step.

Based on the manufacturer's manual / confirmed on our samples before shipping / the printed guide in the box is the final word

In the box

The Wristly patch, a wireless charging dock with its cable, and three double-sided adhesive pads.

Know your patch

Read this guide once before first use. The skin side of the patch carries the sensors; the other side carries the adhesive and faces your watch.

Heart-rate and blood-oxygen sensor Tri-colour status light Buzzer

Sensor window. The optical sensor reads your pulse and blood oxygen through the skin. Keep it clean and in contact with your wrist.

Status light. Shows charging and connection states in three colours.

Buzzer. A small sounder for reminders. Reminders are set in the app.

Attach it to your watch

Patch Wrist Caseback
  1. Make sure the caseback of your watch is clean and dry.
  2. Peel the backing off one adhesive pad and press it onto the watch side of the patch.
  3. Peel the second backing and press the patch onto the centre of the caseback. Sensor side faces out, towards your wrist.
  4. Put the watch on and adjust the strap so the patch rests on your skin without being tight.

Hold, removal and any marks on the caseback are tested on our samples and published on the main page. Three pads are included; spares will be sold.

Charge it

Status light Charging dock
  1. Place the patch on the charging dock, sensor side up.
  2. Connect the dock's cable to a USB power source.
  3. The status light comes on while charging. A full charge is rated at 5 to 7 days of typical use; we publish what we measure.

Connect the app

Bluetooth 5.2
  1. Install QWatch Pro from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open it, create an account or sign in, and allow Bluetooth.
  3. On the Device tab choose Add device, pick the patch, and pair. Readings sync each time you open the app.

QWatch Pro is made by its own developer. Your readings live in that app under its privacy policy.
